Just got this in an email. Thought I'd pass it along to all on VV.
Respond to the letter writer, NOT me.

I was looking at a house for sale and these cars were in the garage. The
owner sent me this description. If anyone is interested,
email her. She is open to all offers.
All three cars are 2-dr Monzas with powerglide--'61, '66, '67. I have
all
titles. The '61 was my first car and I brought it from San Francisco to
Phoenix when I moved here. I've had the '66 and '67 for 30 years. All
three
started when my mechanic primed the carburators and "borrowed" the
battery
from another car. Surprisingly, all tires held air when he filled them
and
stayed up for a few days, but all will need new tires.
None of the cars have been in a serious accident, but each has some body
damage. Also, when I was gone last year my house was broken into and
trashed. Two cars (the '61 and '67) were locked, so the driver's side
window
was broken on each. Also, the vandals used my art supplies and other
substances to "decorate" all three cars with graffiti.
The '61 is Desert Beige inside and out, but the upholstery and headliner
are
shot (from the sun). Buffing should restore the surface. There is a dent
beside the door on the driver's side caused by a car backing out of a
parking space. (But it doesn't interfere with door operation.) This car
has
a very rare original clock.
The '66 is a 140 with a/c. It's Aztec Bronze but with a non-original
white
top. It has a very good white interior, and tinted glass all around.
There is rear body damage where a driver behind me changed lanes and
clipped
it on the passenger side. There is also an indentation in the front
fender
on the passenger side caused when the car rolled about three feet and
was
stopped by a concrete pillar. Near that is a dent left by someone in a
parking lot.
The '67 is a 110 with a/c. It was originally Gold inside and out, but
had
been painted yellow before I bought it. At least some of the upholstery
will
have to be replaced. There is a dent beside the gas filler cover. It was
there when I bought the car, so I don't know how it occured.
It's important to me that the cars go to someone who would restore them,
not
part them out.
I hope this information is helpful. If you have further questions, let
me
know.

I would like to pass some information on to my car club. Could you
provide
the years of the cars, do you have the titles for the cars, when was the
last time they ran? I would have the info send through email to the
group
with your
email address. They could send you their phone numbers and questions
they
have.
Thank you,
Salvatore
