I we thought Calif. was bad?   "PPtax?  only on BIG MH's, Plane , Big Boats,  
and business fixtures / stock on hand March 31 each year...

Average working stiff  never pays a penny!    Bottom Feeders don't even pay 
for food / rent, etc...all they do is cry and complain!  LOL!!
