Hank - Steele is a commercial business selling new parts.  The complaint 
seems to be about (mainly) the used parts in the "swap meet" area which are 
primarily sold by private individuals.  Personally, I don't see it as a big 
deal - and certainly not a big enough deal to keep me away from the 
convention OR the vendors.
