If you want to be even more worried about big brother and taxes,
consider this:  Let's say you decide to visit a convention in another
state to sell parts.  Further, you decide to be a good citizen and get a
sales tax number in that state.  By vending parts in state you have
established a nexus and by getting a sales tax number, you have
confirmed that nexus to the state taxing drones.  

If the state has an income tax, you are likely also responsible for
income taxes on the profits (and filing a tax return even if you have no
profits).  If you're a national vendor and have a sales tax number for
the state, you may now also be responsible to collect sales taxes on all
orders shipped into that state.
