Can someone tell me why almost every license plate you see on "reality" TV is 
blurred over?  I can understand it when the car belongs to someone on the 
show - they don't want their address looked up, but regular cars on the street?  
What's up with that?  We all see thousands of plates publically every day.  
What difference does it make if we see it on TV or on the street?
