i have used blue max wax from n a p a to clear scratches  and fog  spots from 
auto instrument lenses. be careful some are way too aggressive! there  is 
also an excellent product from aircraft suppliers for plastic windshields  that i 
have used before with great results. just type in "plastic cleaners" in  your 
browser and hang on ...there are  plenty .
