Econo run started about 15 miles from the hotel................great idea as 
I don't even know if there is a gas station downtown.
Once moving it was a 66.2 mile scenic drive on fairly decent roads. 
Instructions were very straightforward in my opinion, with just enough 
lights to make it interesting...........Lot of downhill coasting, and "The 
Great Equalizer" Literally about 6-8 miles of steady uphill 45 MPH one lane 
expressway..............I looked in my rearview and saw cars backed up 
behind me as far as the eye could see <GGGGG> One lane was blocked for road 
construction, the other lane was new............posted speed there was 45, 
and I stuck to it!
Think I tracked down my carb and running demons............still not 
perfect, but it didn't bog or stall all day...........by my calculations 23 
mpg on a 110 auto................not real good.

Came home, cool off change then off to the banquet.......................
