I think the answer is no - as long as you keep your existing clutch 
parts you should be ok.  Are we just talking about the transmission, or 
are you changing the whole transaxle?  If just the trans, then you will 
need the input shaft ('64 and '65 are the same, I believe).

Of course, you're the one who's in the same place as most of the usual 
experts, you could just ask around :-)
