The question came up at the CCE meeting last night - "Is the Illinois I-Pass 
good in any of the other states along the route to Buffalo?"  One person 
seemed to think it could be used in Pennsylvania, but not any other states 
along the way.

Would anyone have a definitive answer to this or know when to find it?
