Cash:  The VV archives have a lot of answers to this question.  Mine was to 
loosen the grill panel screws, adjust it for best fit to the surrounding sheet 
metal.  Then if the wiper posts are too low, place a folded towel on the sheet 
metal panel area nearest the post and apply even pressure to lower the panel 
around the wiper post.
