<VV> E-Bay "NOS" 140 Engine Update

Hi Everyone!

Well, the auction is now over for the "NOS" 140 engine on e-bay. The seller remained true to form to the end when he posted these additional remarks:

"If you are interested in the parts of this engine or the whole engine, bid now. We don't think there are very many of them out there. Again we are ONLY selling what you see in the pictures. There is absolutely no inspection before full payment is made. That is why we say if you have questions, do not bid. That is if you do not trust us, do not bid. We only put down what we were told by the Cadillac executive. There is no way we can verify the truth of his statements. We are a private home and we cannot allow people to come and look."

Not surprisingly, the only bidder retracted his bid after reading this latest statement. It will be interesting to see if it shows up again.
