Which is  correct? Kit has what appears to be a keeper spring. Where does it 
go?.  Neither manual or my carb has this spring. 
Used only on 1964-69 carbs.  Goes on float pivot pin and float
 

Lastly a  reality check. Power enrichment needle goes underneath the ventury 
cluster.  Right? 
Under venturi cluster on only 1965-67 non AIR carbs and early 1966 AIR  carb.
