<VV> Carb issues

My current list of fixes, in order of easiness, is as follows:

1) check all plug wires
2) sync carbs--thinking about it, this may answer some issues because I was
probably trying to fix the broken choke pulloff by adjusting the carb.
3) check down carb throats for dripping gas at idle after running the motor
4) pull the plugs on the right side and check for fouling

I think only after this should I start worrying about jetting and such.
