InJust what it says.. a smog equipped car

The later smog pump cars needed a source for clean air that could be pumped  
into the exhaust manifolds (the Air Injection Reactor - or AIR system) The air 
 cleaner has a tube feeding off inside (I think) the air filter with a hose 
to  the inlet of the smog pump. - Seth
