As always when buying on eBay or at Deck Rug Enterprises, buyer beware, if
it sounds really good but mysterious, it probably isn't.

No. The RX suffix is the one listed for a 1966/67 Corvair with 140 hp,
manual
trans and Air Injection Reactor. So apparently this engine was removed from
a
delivered car.
