Yes - Yes - No. - In that order! 
 
(Can't use Avgas on the street without paying taxes)
(Leaded gas is legal - You just cannot run it in a car specified for  
unleaded, so there is hardly any market for it anymore)
(We are not suggesting anything illegal. Some ONE might be. - Not  me!)
