A number of things to check.
 
Disable the secs temporarily to eliminate them as the problem.
Swap pri carbs to see if the problem moves.
While eng is idling in neutral, look down the carb throats (all four) to  see 
if gas is dribbling or running from the venturi cluster. No gas should be  
seen. Use a flashlight to look.
Maybe you will have to go inside the carbs. They are really easy to  rebuild.
