<VV> LM Convertible Shoulder Belt Installation - available ?

I bought a new 1969 Monza convert in 1969, # 703328, and had to "special order" and I do mean "special order" since no one wanted to sepnd the time figuring out how to do it, or where to attach them.

Soooooo, it seems that they were a very rare option, since they didnt't seem to even be offered in 1969, let alone 65-68 ?

I have the original window sticker in my "archives" and I'm wonder if they were even listed.
