<VV> RE:turbo speed, another angle

While I don't actually work on lot of turbo engines (I rebuild plenty of
the carbs and turbos, so I talk to owners of them), I am familiar with a
couple where the lower than normal speed problem was due to maladjusted
accelerator linkage. The owners were only getting the carbs about half open
at full pedal. As a result, they were plodding along with just 80 HP. Just
a thought....
