Yes, but it's not a mail tool problem - Outlook Express is used mainly by
PC novices as it is usually the only mail tool installed and ready to
use on new Windows computers. I also recommend to have a look on the
mail tools Eudora, Thunderbird or the "real" Outlook. Learning not to
fullquote email needs both time and character ;-)
