<VV> NEWS! Yenko 40th Anniversary Celebration & Reunion 22-24 July Nelson Ledges OH

    Come and be a part of the 40th Yenko Reunion at the Hilton Gardens/Twinsburg, OH and Nelson Ledges Raceway on 22-24 July 2006.

      More long-time noted automotive enthusiasts are coming on board to attend the Yenko 40th Anniversary Celebration.   Bob McClurg, one of top automotive and racing photographers for 35 years, will be representing the Super Chevy Magazine group at the Yenko Sportscars 40th Anniversary Celebration & Reunion in July .  Bob actually did some of the original 69 Yenko Camaro photos at US 30 Dragway in York, Pa. Also, Greg Rager, who knew Don Yenko, and is now editor of Musclecar Enthusiast Magazine will be at our event, representing the Amos Automotive Publishing (Group). The Amos Automotive Publishing Group publishes Muscle Car Enthusiast, Corvette Enthusiast, Pontiac Enthusiast and Mustang Enthusiast plus Cars and Parts magazines.

    Signed-up for the car show is a 1961 Gulf Oil race Corvettte driven by Don Yenko. The following have indicated they are attending.  Alan Shepards's 1965 Corvette, a 1963 Z06 Yenko-raced Corvette, a 1966 1 of 2 A- Production Corvettes (Yenko built), 14 Stingers and numerous Corvairs for either or both the Car Show at the Host Hotel and the Track Event at Nelson Ledges.
