What Craig doesn't mention is that his '67 (at the bottom of his post)
is a Monza 4door, and that the reason it's a COPO is because, while that
combo was available on the 500, it wasn't listed for the Monza. There
were only two tutone combos listed for the Monza, and neither had blue
in them.
