They are the centers of 1960-61 hub caps, modified in some manner so as to 
be fastenable to something else.  The backsides looks to be very 
professionally done, but having never seen them before I can only guess as 
to whether they are some sort of GM escapee from the early years when the 
General did *anything* to promote the cars, or whether they are homemade.
