<VV> Help needed with a CHT gugage

VDO makes 100-600F cylinder head temperature gauges in their Cockpit 
Series (white or black).

black one in my Ultra Van with two senders (right and left).   The 
senders mounted under the heads.  The temps correspond well with my 
IR thermometer even with 28 foot leads.
