do not use the pink antifreeze  (dexcool?) crap.  put the green to it . lots 
of heartache with pink turning to a brown gel and acids without warning and 
damaging engines etc.  there has been a lot on the tech circuit about it. i put 
green in all my waterpumpers and check it at oil change time with a 
voltmeter.anything over a few tenths of a volt (positive terminal to antifreeze) is 
enough to warrant a change.pink seems to do in heater cores , waterpumps , and 
intakes around here.  
need a year round corvair to drive..
