<VV> Correct Jacking Position

You do not need to jack anything or remove the motor mount to replace 
the Harmonic Balancer. There is a neat tool that alows the replacement 
of this balancer in minutes without removing anything except the oil 
filter. I built one years ago, but now it is available from our vendors, 
machined by a fellow club member.
