<VV> 623 monza wagon

It is a Willow Run car.  How it got to Canada is unanswered.  Is the Owner 
Protection book in the glove box?  The "Protect - O - Plate" inside the back 
cover will have the name and address of the first owner.

I recently purchased a 62 monza wagon from canada via e-bay. There is the 
typical  "W" in the VIN, does this mean the car was made in Willow Run, 
purchased in the USA and driven into Canada?   How does one tell if the car 
was made in Canada ?
