<VV> "FNADER" is catching on - no corvair

Or try Illinois site -- just announced <was developed a year ago,  politics>

a tad easier to use IMO.  FNADER is available,  but may be rejected when 
final review is done.  Lots of plates seem to get through the first 
screening -- 

If someone gripes,  it tends to get pulled.
