<VV> Suspension question

Clark's Corvairs and Corvair Underground have been making nylon bushings for years. I have them on the inner end of my lower strut rods and haven't bent or broken anything. Of course, I autocross my Corvair regularly, and drive them daily, so maybe I haven't exposed them to enough of the elements :^).
