Yes we agree.........the cam is UNDER the crankshaft!  Or is this an Early 
model........make sure the wheels are touching the ground...not the rafters!!!

Note:    if you have very little funds......forget this car...."needs 
everything"   sell all the stuff off.....and go buy a runner....
