<VV> em with blow thru carbs at convention

Who owns the em car that had the blow thru carbs?

I did not get a chance to talk to the owner, some of the things that I saw
were a connection to the stock fuel pump, I am assuming to increase fuel
under boost, blow off valve that vented into aircleaner.
