<VV> REMOTE MIRROR 65 MONZA

OK, I'm getting desperate.  Does anyone have all or parts (cables,
mounting bracket, and/or plastic fingers) of a remote mirror that they
are willing to sell?  I have tried all the BIG guys and got no hits.  I
want to put the driver's door panel on but I need to install the cables
1st. HELP! (yes I'm shouting).
