<VV> REMOTE MIRROR FOR 65 MONZA

Hi all,
 
My 65 4 door Monza had an original remote mirror but was replace by a
plastic one.  The manual original doesn't cover the holes.  I have most
of the parts for the original except that the cables were cut, the two
inside plastic pieces are broken (the larger part I got from Clark's)
and the metal mounting bracket is missing.  Does any one have any of
these parts?
