<VV> run great then dies.

 66 monza 110 4spd i have rebuilt carbs(4yrs old, took apart and cleaned out) new sender unit/resealed tank replaced pump(used from running car) car runs great until it warms up (15-20 min) then slowly looses power , sputters then dies and wont restart until the next day . i also run an inline filter(clear glass in engine compartment)fuel is clean.filter is about 3/4 full when running. when the car dies no fuel sprays from the carbs.any ideas??   thanks to all in advance..
