<VV> Lm axle shaft removal

Pry on the cross of the u-joint (inboard end is more accessible) to force
the u-joint out of its yoke (as the Shop Manual says).

I am trying to remove the axle shafts on a 65 convert.  I have the straps
off, but they don't seem to want to budge.  Do I need to loosen anything
else?
