OY! First it is cubic feet per minute. Second that is probably at 1.5" drop
across the venturi (4 bbl - 2 bbls are usually measured at 3").
Next if you hog out the venturi (going from 2" to 2.329" on a Rochester FI
raised the flow from 620 cfm to well over 800), the flow *for a specific
drop* will increase. However opening up the venturi will also decrease the
signal (what makes the gas flow through the jets) so it will require larger
jets to maintain the same mixture.
Is not trivial to calculate, most is just done by trial and error (and a
few ruined carbs).
