Steve,your 'neutral' gate in the shift/stick housing isn't lined up,and you likely flattened the wimpy little tang that keeps the coupling and inner tube aligned when you drove the coupling all the way in,which will let the coupling rotate in a few days,loosing reverse...should have measured the distance between the end of the inner tube and the coupling 'head' before you took it apart,and marked the bracket -to- trans mount...that brace is still connected to the outer tube,yes?Tom Z/acorns
