<VV> FC stainless gas tank

Good news!  The stainless replacement gas tank for the rampy is all welded
up.  Just need to trim nozzles, and drill screw holes and tap for the
sender.  I will glass bead it before it is installed in the rampy.  Probably
won't get it done before Wichita, work load is heavy right now, but I will
bring what is done so those who want can see it.
