The right door always opens last.  The left side is hotter (longer manifold 
and oil cooler).  Maybe you've just not driven far enough to get the right 
side warm enough to open the door.  Maybe there is an obstruction preventing 
the door from opening.  Maybe you don't have correct adjustment on the rod 
connecting the thermostat to the door.  Yes - fail position (thermostat 
itself is fully expanded and will not "shrink") is - door open.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
