tires? the rampy had recaps on it when i bought it, they did that after a 
warmup. scared me on the way home from buying it. stopped on the busy highway in 
pennsy twice before finding a goiter that would show after a couple miles, 
then go back down.  i was never so happy to see a bad tire before...dreamt of 
having to come home and get a tow truck to get it home.(about 150 miles)
