How about a 1956 Plymouth Savoy with Powerflite? 2sp auto......push
button.....
E-brake on the back ofthe trans.....[ drum] Had a new 277ci!
Smart me......bought car for $300.....sold engine / trans for
$350.....bought rolled '58 Fury with 383" Torqueflite.....$75 [ 1965 ] Kept 56 rear end
[ 3.90 gear...but no E-brake....]
Wanted a "sleeper"....left PF buttons in dash.....so no PARK with TQ
3speed auto...
I never forgot.....but the Sailor I sold it too...made it to DC....5 miles
from home....stopped to call Mom......car rolled over embankment! OPPS!
