the 2 gaskets...leak,  but yes, would run  BUT

The needle seat?    the threaded thing that holds the gasket ring?  No 
way...unless you have   fuel delivery problem [ lack of] 

SEE..always do it yourself!   The only way you learn....and can know what's 
going on.....plus drive with confidence!

The brass pin [shaft]   needle nose pliers....nothing get 
re-tensioned....justhandle carefully....
