<VV> 140 carb jet sizes

You are way under jetted.  That combination is for 60s gas not what we get 
today.  I'd go up at least 2 jet sizes on the primaries and 4 or more on 
the secondaries.  I'm running 51s all around, but most all my driving is 
between 6000 and 7000'
