We may be overlooking TWO  BIG  facts!!!

NAME.....proper name....common name......

Even armed with all the references.....if you are not aware of what it's 
called.....BIG TROUBLE

No reference will help!...unless it has a picture.....remember...a picture is 
worth  1,000 words!  And ALL  books have pictures in the sections they 
belong....not in the FRONT....."table of Contents with pictures?"

Computor SKILLS!!!!

Not everyone has a grasp of even the basics....sad but true....not everyone 
is forced to use 50% of the PC / WWW   capabilities...most only 5-10%!   This  
results in the "Normal Human Response"     ANGER......   "it's no 
good"........"it doesn't work right", etc..

Example:     My housekeeper....[ works cheap!]  She told me she did all the 
Computor work for the local Indian Tribe before Casinos came along.   She said 
she browsed the web all the time.....knew it all........constantly emailing 
friends with attachments, etc.....

At first she told me my PC  was junk.....phonelines were bad........scanner 
was broken.....I needed one of the $3000  Gateways!
Now she doesn't want me to take it when I move!  gggg

Sadly...the ONLY  thing we can be sure of......Everyone here seems to know 
how to SEND email..........
