<VV> Coil Heater

Source of constant carb heat to prevent carburetor icing. (Carb icing 
plagued the 1960 Vairs)

I block the hole off during the hot summer months. Carb icing can occur 
at surprisingly high temperatures though, especially if the humidity is 
also high.
