Wish I knew you guys better.  No doubt, I met several of you in Lexington at
CORSA 2004.  I spent the better part of four days there, during the week you
were in town.  My love affair with the Corvair is spotty.  It began in 1969
when I bought my first car, a 64 Monza Cpe.  The love affair gave way to
lust.  I lusted after more power and ended up with a 67 Mustang, 390 CI.
Now, many years and cars later, I have returned to my first love.  Parked in
the garage is a fairly straight 66 Cpe with about 1/2 of the refurbished
engine sitting on the bench. 

It is encouraging to hear guys like Stephen and Chuck talk about the
seemingly, endless hours and the frustration of a complete restoration.
Good to know I'm not in this alone.  Stephen, maybe we can both get them
done in time for Buffalo.  Something to aim for, anyway.  Good luck.
