A guy here in town has one, LS-1 engine with nitrous, shows up at the 
Saturday cruise-in on occasion.   Word has it the car is quick.

He has some substantial monetary investment in the car, more than I'd 
care to spend.   LS-1 crate engine wasn't cheap.
