<VV> Mo' no hot idle

One more stab, since everything else is covered, ofen
many times. I saw a carb once where someone cranked
down the idle screw tight enough to snap off the tip.
He didn't think he had it THAT tight. Of course,
backing off the screw the perscribd amount just left
it plugged.
