<VV> 65-66 differences

The steering box is the way I tell. Look for the firewall (trunk
wall) reinforcement and the funny "U" joint on the column at the
reinforcement on the 66's. The 65's (without the telly column) have
a single straight steering shaft (commonly known as the chest spear).
