<VV> head damage

I just realized, while pondering some photos, that I have a damaged head!  Well, my Corvair has a damaged head.  Please see:

This is the forward end of the driver's side head on my 1965 110.  I noticed it leaks air when the engine is running (go figure).  Other than plugging the air leak somehow, is there anything to worry about?  The cars runs GREAT btw.
